PitchWise ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PitchWise mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Display name
Role selection (coach or athlete)

When you use the app, we collect:

Bullpen session data (pitch counts, strike percentages, pitch locations)
Team membership information
Practice plan assignments and completions
Game tracking data

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the PitchWise service
Display your pitching statistics and analytics
Enable coaches to view team performance data
Process subscription payments
Send important service notifications
Improve and optimize the app experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your pitching data is shared only with coaches and teammates on teams you have joined. We may share data with:

Supabase — our database and authentication provider
Apple — for processing in-app subscriptions via the App Store
Vercel — our website hosting provider

Data for Minors

PitchWise may be used by athletes under 18 with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and pitching statistics for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request deletion of your account and data
Export your pitching data
